Our first week at home!

Now that we're out of the hospital we have been working on getting settled here at home. Between feedings, diaper changes, playtime, naptime, nonstop visitors, and everything else it's hard to believe that Mommy and Daddy actually get any sleep! Mia sleeps about 4 hours at a time during the night, though, so that gets us some much needed rest.

Scott has been off work last week and this week, and we are loving our family time together. We've given Mia a sponge bath, gone for a walk with the pups, entertained Mia with a few of her toys, and enjoyed our quiet time together. Our favorite thing to do is sit on the couch and watch Mia's cute facial expressions while she sleeps! Mia and I will be very sad when Daddy has to go back to work, but we plan to visit him as soon as possible.

Mia has been more and more active each and every day, spending a good amount of time looking at the big, wide world around her. She looks so sweet while she explores with her eyes! We are looking forward to spending more awake time with Mia and getting to interact with her.

And, of course, Mommy is looking forward to Mia getting a little bit bigger so that she can wear all of her super cute clothes!
